Sharon Osbourne is said to be "heartbroken" following the death of her beloved husband and Black Sabbath icon Ozzy Osbourne. Sources have since revealed the music manager, 72, is being supported by her family who are ensuring she is never left alone.Sharon is said to be in great mourning following the heartbreaking loss. Ozzy and Sharon married in 1982 and share three kids, Aimee, 41, Kelly, 40, and Jack, 39. Since the family announced that the Black Sabbath rocker died on July 22, "the kids are making sure she's never alone."
"Sharon's heartbroken but very proud of the life the family built together," a source close to the family tells PEOPLE. "Everyone's rallying around her. She's been the rock of this family for decades, and now it's her turn to be held up."
The source continued: "The kids are making sure she's never alone - they've been with her constantly, sharing stories, laughing through the tears and just being together.
"There's a lot of pain, but also a lot of comfort from the family time that they got to enjoy up until the very end."
The latest update comes after Ozzy's widow Sharon is said to have sparked concerns with friends as she reportedly wants to bury him in the gardens of their family estate in a private funeral as she is "too frail" for a larger public service, according to the Mail.
A friend told the publication that she is "very, very fragile" and that they are "terrified for her health".
The Osbourne family announced his death in a statement shared last week.
"It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning," the statement read.
"He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
