What is MIRV technology that scared Israel? The way Iran attacked Israel with missiles has scared Israel too. The biggest thing is that Iran has used its infallible Brahmastra on Israel for the first time. After which the whole world including Israel is surprised whether Iran has MIRV (Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle) technology, due to which bombs rained on Israel. Know the whole story.

What are cluster munitions: The tension in the Middle East has increased to such an extent that people have started talking about the Third World War. The way the war is going on between Israel and Iran, the whole world's eyes are fixed on these two countries. Meanwhile, the Israeli army made such a claim that forced the whole world to think. According to a report published in the Times of Israel, it has recovered some missiles of Iran, among which there was a special missile, which had a cluster bomb warhead. It was fired at Israel from central Iran. After this, the question arose whether Iran really has advanced military technology like America and Russia? Let's know which technology has scared Israel, what is its name.

According to a report published in Firstpost, on Thursday Iran fired a missile at Israel which had small explosive devices (cluster bombs). The Israeli army and its embassy in Washington say that these weapons were specially designed to cause more harm to civilians. This is the first time in the current one week of tension that cluster bombs have been used.

What are cluster bombs?

Cluster bombs are explosive weapons that scatter many small bombs (called submunitions or bomblets) after exploding in the air. These small bombs, weighing less than 20 kg, fall to the ground without any guidance and explode on impact. Their purpose is to spread over a large area and damage people, vehicles and soft targets. These bombs are fired through artillery shells, missiles, rockets or aerial bombs. For example, a rocket can carry hundreds of bomblets.

How did Iran use them?

Iran fired a ballistic missile at Israel on Thursday, which had a warhead with cluster bombs. According to the Israeli army, this missile exploded at an altitude of about 7 kilometers and 20 small bombs scattered within a radius of 8 kilometers. These bombs are not self-guided, they just fall and explode. But this time many bombs did not explode. One of these bombs fell on a house in the city of Azor, causing damage to the building. However, there were no casualties. The Israeli army found and destroyed at least 20 unexploded bombs and warned people not to go near the remains of the missile, as these can be as dangerous as landmines. After which questions started arising as to how Iran carried out such attacks, the direct answer to this is MIRV technology.

Now let's know what this MIRV technology is.

MIRV i.e. 'Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle' is such a technology in which a single missile can carry multiple warheads, and each warhead can target different targets. That is, a single missile can attack multiple places, after which there can be massive destruction. This technology is still with countries like America and Russia. Because only such technology can penetrate Israel's defense system Iron Dome. Due to which Israel is in more fear.

This technology can cause severe damage to Israel

Iran can use MIRV technology to fire cluster bombs. This can cause a lot of damage to Israel. Because these can explode anywhere, there is no difference between military and civilian targets for them. These are especially dangerous for civilians because they explode in a large area. The biggest concern is that the bombs which do not explode can explode and harm people even after lying on the ground for years. Now the question is, does Iran have MIRV technology? The Israeli army is investigating this after the attack. Although it has not been confirmed yet, but this question is raising concerns about Iran's missile technology.
