The Uttar Pradesh Board has made significant changes to the timetable for the 10th and 12th-grade examinations. The updated schedule indicates that the Hindi exams for both grades will now take place in separate shifts. Additionally, the dates for the Sanskrit exams have also been modified.
Details of the New Exam Schedule
Initially, the UP Board planned to hold the Hindi exams for 10th and 12th grades on February 18, 2026, in the same shift. However, this has now been altered.
New Schedule for Hindi Exams: Under the revised timetable, the 10th-grade Hindi and Elementary Hindi exams are set for the first shift on February 18, 2026. Meanwhile, the Intermediate Hindi and General Hindi exams will occur in the second shift on the same day.
Changes to the Sanskrit Exam Dates
The schedule for the Sanskrit exam has also been updated. The Intermediate Sanskrit exam will now be conducted in the second shift on March 12, 2026. Previously, it was planned for the morning shift on February 20, alongside the Intermediate English exam in the evening, which had raised concerns among students.
