Sharon Osbourne paid a heartfelt message to Malcolm-Jamal Warner just hours before announcing the death of her husband, Ozzy Osbourne. Mrs O and her family shared the devastating news on Tuesday that the legendary Black Sabbath rocker had died at the age of 76.
In a statement by the clan, they revealed Ozzy had died earlier in the day "surrounded by love". But just hours earlier, Sharon had also paid tribute to The Cosby Show star following news of his death.
Warner tragically died the day prior at the age of 54 in a reported drowning accident. And Sharon took to her Instagram Stories to share a sweet message in tribute.

The 72-year-old shared a clip of the actor smiling while driving while wearing a baseball cap decorated with a flower for his daughter. The footage showed Warner sharing a positive message about finding joy in everyday moments.
He says in the video: "No matter what's going on, there's always a reason to smile. If you just take a minute to stop and take stock, I guarantee you can find at least one reason to smile.
"And if for some reason you can't find a reason to smile, then that's probably the best time to be the reason for somebody else to smile."
Sharon captioned her upload: "Beautiful. Rest in peace @malcolmjamalwarner."
Just hours later and she was announcing the death of her beloved husband. In a message she shared alongside their children Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis, they said: "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time."
Messages poured in in the comments section from devastated fans. Among them was Hollywood icon Jason Momoa. Alongside a string of love heart emojis, he wrote: "love u RIP LEGEND."
Just weeks earlier Momoa had been a big part in Ozzy's Back To The Beginning farewell show. The event on July 5 brought together some of the biggest names in rock music for the perfect send off to Ozzy.
It was to be his last time on stage and he was joined by his Black Sabbath bandmates. Ozzy had been determined to get back on stage for one final time, despite his ill health.
In May, he told Sirius XM: "I am in heavy training because I haven't done any physical work for the last seven years. By hook or by crook. I've got to make it there.
"I have got this trainer guy who helps people get back to normal. It's hard going, but he's convinced that he can pull it off for me. I'm giving it everything I've got."
Over the years, Ozzy suffered many significant health woes, but the rocker's life changed completely when he was given the diagnosis back in 2020.
