Oasis reunion spikes 89% increase in bucket hat sales in months before 2025 tour begins

Send Push

The countdown is almost over for one of the biggest reunion tours of all time, as brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher return as Oasis this Friday in Cardiff. The hotly anticipated tour is the culmination of months of speculation, a feverish ticket sale, and a long, long 16-year wait from fans.

Oasis have not performed together since August 22 2009, when they played V Festival in Staffordshire, during their Dig Out Your Soul Tour. The band's next scheduled gig at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris on August 28, 2009 became the stuff of rock legend... for all the wrong reasons.

Following the initial frenzy of the ticket release back in August last year, tickets are still available via sellers like Ticket Master, so fans still stand a chance to attend the much-awaited 2025 tour with only a matter of days left before the first show. Rumours also suggest that more tickets are still set to be released.

If you missed your chance in the initial sale or are looking to secure tickets to any of the upcoming tour dates, see below. Or check out our Live Blog to keep up to date on all things Oasis as the tour kicks off.

With the much-anticipated Oasisreunion set for later this week, die-hard fans might be keen to emulate their favourite band members. The band's comeback performances are bound to stir up nostalgia, particularly among 90s kids who idolised their unique style. Liamand Noel Gallagherunveiled the full details of their first gigs in 16 years this morning, posing in outfits reminiscent of their mid-2000s style.

The band's fashion was deeply rooted in British working-class culture. They often wore casual gear like parkas, bucket hats, and Adidastrainers, reflecting a "lad's" style that struck a chord with their followers. But how can YOU nail the 90s/2000s look today?

As it turns out, bucket hats are among many iconic clothing items that have rocketed in sales in the run-up to the Oasis reunion tour. According to Klarna, the global digital bank and flexible payment provider, reveals a Supersonic rise in rock ’n ’roll-inspired purchases, including bucket hats, which are back in a big way. According to Klarna's data, purchases have jumped 79% year-on-year (2024-2025), with a whopping 89% in the last 3 months.

If you're looking for an affordable bucket hat to complete your look for the upcoming tour dates, look no further, as we've found plenty to shop without breaking the bank.

Highstreet brand Marks & Spencer is offering this Pure Cotton Reversible Bucket Hat, which offers two styles for the price of one, at £18. Elsewhere, you can find this Unisex Bucket Hat in a variety of colours for £12.74 on Amazon.

Both the Gallagher brothers are fans of Adidas, as the Adidas Gazelles became a huge part of their iconic look, so why not secure some synergy with an Adidas 3-Stripes Bucket Hat for £21.99 from Sports Direct? Or if you're after that washed denim 90s look, this Nike denim bucket hat at ASOS could be just the ticket for £32.99. And if you really do want to copy Liam Gallagher's iconic look, you can still shop his exact bucket hat from Flannels with the Kangol Stripe Bucket Hat for £32.

How to buy tickets on resale? viagogo and resale tickets

Sites such as viagogo, Stubhub, and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that ticket conditions often prohibit resale after initial purchase. Those tickets may not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans intending to buy tickets for live events through resale websites should check the ticket terms and conditions, to confirm whether resale is prohibited, before they buy. Ticket terms and conditions can be checked with the original seller, such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation. If resale is prohibited, tickets bought second-hand could be voided and admission to the event refused.

Oasis tickets are available right now from a number of online retailers. This includes both official and resale websites.

Fans will likely want to peruse Ticketmaster's wares first, as they have been touted as the original seller of the band's tour tickets. However, the online media giant has not had any tickets for some time.

And, at the time of writing, only people with allocated codes can buy tickets.Regardless, here's the link:
