Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak pays his respect on the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], October 2 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak paid his respect on the mark of birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
He said, the way in which the Prime Minister is taking the Swadeshi movement forward people have great faith in products manufactured in India.
"Everyone believes that through the Swadeshi movement India should fulfil its resolve of a developed India, " he added.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on his 156th birth anniversary. The chief minister highlighted how Mahatma Gandhi's message of truth, non-violence, and Swadeshi played a key role in India's freedom struggle.

Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister paid homage to Gandhi in a post on X, recalling his courage and values of service and compassion. Modi said the nation would continue to follow the Mahatma's path in its quest for a 'Viksit Bharat.'
"Gandhi Jayanti is about paying homage to the extraordinary life of beloved Bapu, whose ideals transformed the course of human history. He demonstrated how courage and simplicity could become instruments of great change. He believed in the power of service and compassion as essential means of empowering people. We will keep following his path in our quest to build a Viksit Bharat," the Prime Minister wrote.
