WhatsApp Auto-Download Quality
If you look at the screenshot, the auto-download quality feature is present in the Storage and Data section of WhatsApp. In this, standard and HD options are available for downloading photos and videos. After selecting any one of these, the data will be downloaded in the same form.
With the arrival of this dual upload system, WhatsApp will prepare standard and HD versions of the sent image or video, which users will be able to choose according to their choice. The good thing is that it will be protected by End-to-End Encryption. This will give users full control.
When will the feature be available
WhatsApp has started working on this feature. Its testing is also going to go live soon. It is expected that iPhone users will get support for this feature first in August. After this, the feature will be released for Android users.
