Zoho Vani: Zoho recently launched Vani, a new AI-powered visual collaboration platform. This platform will help small businesses (SMBs) increase their productivity. Vani offers a variety of tools, including whiteboards, flowcharts, mind maps, and video calls. Teams can easily collaborate by pulling data from various sources. Furthermore, the platform also allows for AI-assisted content creation and insights. However, users will have to pay to use it. Free users will receive access to the platform's basic features.
Vani Monthly Fee
Globally, Zoho's Vani platform costs $5 per month. In India, it costs ₹240 per month. The platform is also available for free. It offers basic features and allows for media uploads of up to 25 MB. Various Tools Available
Zoho stated in an official statement that Vani will include a variety of tools, including whiteboards, flowcharts, diagrams, mind-mapping, and video conferencing. The platform will help teams collaborate by pulling data from disparate sources, such as desktops, cloud drives, and Excel sheets. This will make it much easier for teams to share and process information.
Vani's Product Head, Karthikayan Jambulingam, said that Vani offers a single set of tools for all departments on a single canvas. This will eliminate the hassle of app-switching, processes, or onboarding.
It's worth noting that it also offers a "Space and Zone" framework. This framework allows teams to work independently. Furthermore, they can easily collaborate when needed. The platform also includes AI, which helps users create content. Vani also includes a library of ready-to-use templates and toolkits for planning, brainstorming, design diagrams, and social media creatives. All of this greatly simplifies project workflows. Recently, Zoho's messaging app, Arattai, also gained widespread attention. Following this, its web browser, Ulaa, also gained attention. It remains to be seen how Vani receives feedback.
